Ringo builds a directory of people from your meetings, with relationship context and history.
Every person mentioned or present in your meetings gets a profile in Ringo's People directory. Over time, you build a rich map of your professional relationships.
How people are added
Ringo adds people automatically from:
- Calendar events — attendees are imported when you record a meeting
- Transcript mentions — names mentioned in conversation are identified and linked
Updating a person's profile
Click on any person to open their profile. You can edit their name, role, company, and notes manually.
Member connections
For team members in your workspace, Ringo tracks relationship strength based on meeting frequency. The Members view shows how closely connected you are with each colleague.
