Ringo
Getting Started

Signing In

Sign in to Ringo with Google or your company's SSO provider.

Ringo supports two sign-in methods: Google and Enterprise SSO (SAML 2.0).

Sign in with Google

  1. Open Ringo and click Sign in with Google.
  2. Your browser will open to Google's sign-in page.
  3. Choose your Google account and approve the permissions.
  4. Ringo will open automatically and you'll be signed in.

Sign in with SSO

If your company uses an identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.) and your workspace admin has configured SSO:

  1. Click Sign in with SSO on the login screen.
  2. Enter your work email address.
  3. Ringo will detect your company's SSO configuration and redirect you to your identity provider.
  4. Complete sign-in with your company credentials.
  5. Ringo opens automatically once authentication succeeds.

SSO setup is done by workspace admins. If you're an admin, see Enterprise SSO for configuration instructions.

Signing out

Go to Settings → Sign out at the bottom of the sidebar.

Two-factor authentication (2FA/MFA)

All authentication is handled by your identity provider — Google or your organization's SSO provider.

Any MFA requirements configured there will apply when you sign in to Ringo.

  • Google users — Enable 2-Step Verification on your Google account.
  • SSO users — Configure MFA through your organization's identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).

Ringo does not implement its own 2FA — your provider's security policies are enforced automatically.
