Memories

Ringo builds a persistent memory from your meetings — facts, preferences, and context that carry across conversations.

Memories are key pieces of information that Ringo extracts and stores from your meetings over time. They give Ringo a long-term understanding of your work, your team, and your preferences.

What gets remembered

Ringo automatically extracts things like:

  • Decisions your team has made
  • Facts about people you work with
  • Preferences and working styles you've mentioned
  • Recurring topics and themes across meetings

Viewing memories

Go to Settings → Memories to see all stored memories. You can review, edit, or delete any memory.

Editing memories

You can add, edit, or delete memories manually at any time. This is useful if Ringo captured something incorrectly, or if you want to add context that wasn't discussed in a meeting.

How memories are used

Memories are automatically included as context when:

  • Task Agent answers your questions
  • Ringo generates a new note (relevant memories about the people or topics discussed are referenced)
