Sharing Notes
Share any note with a public link — no Ringo account required to view.
You can share any note by generating a public link. Anyone with the link can read the note.
Share a note
- Open the note you want to share.
- Click the Share button in the toolbar (or ··· → Share).
- A link is copied to your clipboard — paste it anywhere.
The shared page is read-only. Viewers see the note title and content, but can't edit or comment.
Stop sharing
To revoke access, open the note → ··· → Stop sharing. The previous link will no longer work.
What's included in a shared note
The shared view includes:
- Note title
- AI-generated summary and content
The raw transcript is not included in the shared view.
