Spaces
Spaces are color-coded folders for organizing your notes by project, team, or topic.
Spaces let you group related notes together. You might create a Space for each project, client, or team.
Note visibility
- My Notes — private to you. Only you can see notes here, even within a shared workspace.
- Workspace folder — shared with everyone in your workspace. Notes placed here are visible to all members.
Creating a Space
- Click + New Space in the sidebar.
- Give it a name and pick a color.
- Click Create.
Adding notes to a Space
- From a note: open the note → ··· → Move to Space → select the Space.
- Drag and drop: drag a note from the list onto a Space in the sidebar.
Viewing a Space
Click any Space in the sidebar to see only the notes in that Space. The Space view shows notes sorted by date by default.
Renaming or deleting a Space
Right-click the Space in the sidebar to rename or delete it. Deleting a Space does not delete the notes inside — they move back to your main notes list.
