Tasks

Ringo automatically extracts action items from your meetings and tracks them as tasks.

Every time Ringo generates a note, it extracts action items and creates tasks. You can view, complete, and manage all tasks in one place.

Viewing tasks

Click Tasks in the sidebar to see all tasks across all your meetings, sorted by date.

Task status

Each task can be:

  • Open — not yet completed
  • Done — marked as complete

Click the checkbox next to a task to toggle its status.

Adding tasks manually

Inside any note, you can add a task manually by typing in the task input field at the bottom of the note view.

Filtering tasks

In the Tasks view, you can filter by:

  • Status — open or done
  • Date range — tasks from a specific period
  • Space — tasks from notes in a specific Space

Tasks in notes

Each task is linked to the meeting note it came from. Click the note reference on any task to jump directly to the source note.

Assigned tasks

When a task is assigned to a team member, it appears in their Ringo app along with the related note and meeting transcript.
